Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed in a Tidewater warehouse

All materials and equipment are inspected by experienced Tidewater personnel prior to packing

Any errors or problems discovered during inspection are corrected before supplying to the customer

Packaging

Packaging requirements are evaluated based on the characteristics of the product

To minimize size and weight while taking into consideration the security of the shipment, specialized crating is available

Customer orders to the same destination can be consolidated into one shipment to achieve savings in freight and administrative costs

Hazardous items are packaged and documented by HAZMAT CFR49 certified staff

Expediting

Shipping requirements are agreed upon at time of order, and can be modified if necessary

Customers receive comprehensive documentation, as required

Order status is constantly updated
